Description
The United States Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the rental, delivery, setup, secure anchoring, weekly servicing, maintenance, and final removal of 20 standard commercial portable latrines with integrated sinks and four standalone hand-washing stations. The units must be delivered clean, sanitized, fully stocked, and ready for use across six designated outdoor training areas. Weekly Wednesday servicing includes tank evacuation, washing and sanitization, chemical recharging, waste disposal, and replenishment of toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and fresh water. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision. Damaged, leaking, or malfunctioning units must be repaired or replaced within 24 hours of notification at no additional cost, and all units must be removed within 48 hours after contract conclusion. The response requires a technical narrative of no more than five pages demonstrating delivery, anchoring, servicing, repair, and removal capabilities, along with proof of active SAM.gov registration, UEI, and CAGE Code, plus a completed pricing worksheet covering the base year and six option years. Award is expected to be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quoter.
