Description
This special notice concerns a sole-source modification to increase the ceiling of existing IDIQ contract FA282323D0001 for non-personal portable latrine services provided by Major Contracting Services, Inc. The increased capacity is needed after the loss of Building 843, which destroyed permanent restroom infrastructure, and to support increased research and development testing missions requiring expanded portable sanitation placement at active test locations.
