Description
Adams County Community Safety & Well-Being is seeking one or more hotels to provide rooms for people experiencing housing instability through the Pathway to Stability program. Selected hotels will reserve available rooms, generally serving approximately five households per month for stays ranging from two days to two months, with an average stay of approximately 29 days. Hotels must support monthly reimbursement billing, track room numbers and participant check-in and check-out dates, communicate promptly with County staff, serve participants without discrimination, and enter into at least a one-year agreement. The County prefers hotels with low nightly rates, locations in the southwest quadrant of Adams County, kitchenettes, pet acceptance, acceptance of alternative identification or participant photographs, trauma-informed and compassionate customer service, accessible rooms, and the ability to reserve rooms within 24 hours. Responses must address hotel information, room rates, booking speed, maximum stay, amenities, proximity to transit and grocery services, animal policies, staff training, health hazards, accessibility, tracking and invoicing capabilities, and acceptance of photographs in lieu of identification. The proposal must include a narrative response and separate pricing submission, with pricing for single and double rooms for the base year and four potential renewal years.
