Description
The contractor shall replace the existing chilled water system and two computer room air handlers serving Building 1028. The replacement system must use Trane-series equipment and comply with Air Force Civil Engineering installation standardization guidance. The work includes providing the required equipment, materials, labor, installation, integration, and related completion requirements described in the Statement of Work. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238220. A formal site visit was held on September 1, 2026, and questions following the site visit were due September 3, 2026. Amendment 1 extends the quote deadline to September 15, 2026, but states that this date is a placeholder pending answers to received questions and may be updated by a subsequent amendment.
