Description
The City of Tulsa Grants Administration is accepting applications from eligible private nonprofit organizations located within Tulsa's corporate limits for Program Year 2027 Emergency Solutions Grant funding. Eligible activities include emergency shelter, street outreach, homelessness prevention, and rapid rehousing, including essential services, shelter operations, housing relocation and stabilization services, and short- or medium-term rental assistance. Applicants must submit a complete application and comply with applicable federal requirements, including 24 CFR Part 576 and 2 CFR Part 200. Applicants must provide a dollar-for-dollar match, demonstrate at least two months of operating cash reserves, participate in the applicable Homeless Management Information System or comparable database, and participate in the Tulsa City/County Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System. The application package includes an executive summary, organizational and program narratives, budget spreadsheets, certification forms, and applicable organizational, financial, insurance, policy, and program attachments. Mandatory workshops are required before submission instructions for uploading applications are provided.
