Description
The 460th Contracting Squadron seeks a complete, operationally ready Unified Communications Conference System (UCCS) supporting the Integrated Operations Center and Crisis Action Team. The requirement includes UCCS software licensing for 100 SIP ports; contractor-provided high-availability server, storage, virtualization, operating-system, and related infrastructure; emergency outbound dialing; secure recording and media storage; and integration with the Government’s Cisco Unified Communications Manager environment using applicable DoD Assured Services SIP, Defense Switched Network, encryption, authentication, and Multi-Level Precedence and Preemption requirements. All offered products must appear on the DoD Information Network Approved Products List. The contractor must provide turnkey installation, configuration, STIG hardening, CUCM/SIP and dial-plan integration, factory and site acceptance testing, failure and interoperability testing, administrator and IOC/CAT user training, technical and as-built documentation, and five-year lifecycle support. Sustainment includes software maintenance and security updates, hardware maintenance and replacement parts, JITC and certification tracking, and 24/7/365 Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. The Government will use a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation and requires a quote, detailed technical response, warranty information, company information, and CAGE Code and/or UEI number. Delivery, installation, and operational readiness are required within 60 calendar days after receipt of order.
