Description
Westchester County, through its Department of Social Services, is seeking a qualified vendor to operate the Grasslands Homeless Shelter and provide related services for all County-approved persons placed at the facility. The scope also includes specialized model treatment services for homeless level 2 and level 3 sex offenders placed at the shelter. The solicitation includes required budget templates for each year of the initial term and four option years. The budget materials require detailed personnel, fringe, telecommunications, miscellaneous, direct-cost, and administrative-and-overhead information, along with written justification for proposed expenses and staff FTE allocations. Administrative and overhead costs are limited to 10% of total direct costs.
