Description
The City of Thornton is soliciting a vendor to provide rental and servicing of portable restrooms and wash stations for annual festivals, designated parks, and other events on an as-needed basis. Addendum No. 1 clarifies standard restroom dimensions, event delivery and pickup scheduling, park service hours, and reference requirements for prime contractors and subcontracted service partners. The solicitation states that the awarded vendor will provide services only and that Thornton will not purchase the units or other products. The solicitation has a five-year duration and permits piggyback contracting. Proposals must include the required pricing and vendor-question materials, reference information, final vendor-submission documents, and acknowledgment of Addendum No. 1. The addendum was issued September 10, 2026, and all other terms remain unchanged.
