Description
South Suburban Park and Recreation District is requesting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide primary banking services. The scope includes daily operational banking, deposit processing, account maintenance, cash vault and deposit services, ACH origination and receipt, domestic wire transfers, online payment processing, positive pay and other fraud-prevention tools, account reconciliation, reporting, sweep services, and related treasury management. Limited merchant services are also required, including one terminal for processing accounts-receivable payments outside the District’s registration software systems. Purchase card, lockbox, and armored car services are excluded. The solicitation includes sample bank and merchant statements, the District’s investment policy, and addendum responses describing current volumes, account structures, systems integration, and service expectations. The selected institution must be an eligible public depository under the Colorado Public Deposit Protection Act and provide current, efficient banking systems capable of integrating with the District’s existing and future enterprise resource planning systems. The District currently uses Wells Fargo Bank and seeks competitive pricing and high-quality service, with branch banking within District boundaries preferred.
