Essex County's Division of Community Action Agency is seeking supplemental Code Blue shelter service providers for homeless individuals and families. The opportunity is identified as a competitive contract for social services. The performance period is November 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028. Code Blue months are defined as November, December, January, February, and March during the active contract period. A proposer's conference is not scheduled.
