Description
Adams County Facilities Management Department is soliciting proposals for window cleaning services at multiple county facilities. The scope includes simultaneous interior and exterior cleaning during regular business hours, service at secure Sheriff's Office locations, and use of county-provided swing-stage equipment at the Government Center. The contractor must provide all other equipment necessary for safe performance, including any required lifts, bosun's chair, and associated access equipment; two on-site leads are also required. The solicitation includes optional hard-water treatments, annual swing-stage inspection pricing, and a $5,000 force-account amount for pre-approved unforeseen services. The current contract value is stated as $97,585. A Sheriff's background questionnaire and supporting identity documents are required for personnel needing access to Sheriff's Office facilities, with the authorization-to-release form requiring notarization.
