Description
Adams County Human Services Department is accepting applications from qualified providers to offer services through the Child and Welfare Block Grant Program. Services include: Cleaning Services (hazard remediation), Home Study (SAFE evaluations), Mobile Intervention Removal Prevention Services (crisis intervention), Respite (temporary care), Substance Monitoring Services (drug testing), Transportation Services (ESSA and family visits), and Youth Intervention Services (evidence-based programs). Contracts are for one year with potential renewal. Providers must have active SAM registration and submit fee schedules. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis via Bidnet Direct.
