Description
Adams County Human Services Department is seeking qualified contractors for its Core Services Program serving children and families involved in the child welfare system. Service categories include family time, home-based intervention, intensive family therapy, life skills, mental health services, sexual abuse treatment, substance abuse treatment, home studies, mobile intervention removal prevention services, respite, youth intervention services, and cleaning services. Addendum One clarifies that the current need includes providers capable of addressing significant cleaning and safety conditions, including hoarding situations and biohazard materials such as animal or human waste. Applicants must describe the services they can provide, along with any limitations, training, equipment, experience, and other qualifications. Applicants may submit separate fee schedules for each service category and may use the County template or an equivalent format; a full program budget is not required. Referral volume and the number of awards are not guaranteed. Medicaid, private insurance, and other available funding sources must be billed before County grant funds when applicable.
