Description
Green Valley Ranch East Metropolitan District No. 10 is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for construction of the East 56th Avenue from Picadilly Road to E-470 Improvements Project. The work will be performed in the City of Aurora, Adams County, Colorado, in accordance with the project bid documents dated August 28, 2026. Bids must be submitted by September 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Late bids will not be considered, and bids will be publicly opened and read at the submission location.
