Description

Hyland Hills Park & Recreation District is seeking a qualified general contractor for renovations to concessions and restroom buildings at Carroll Butts Park, Camenisch Sports Complex, Waddell Park, and Hidden Lake Park. The work includes selective demolition and interior and exterior remodeling, including doors and frames, counters and service windows, masonry, gypsum board, fiber-cement soffits and fascia, painting, tile and epoxy flooring, restroom fixtures and accessories, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications infrastructure, access control, video surveillance, signage, and related coordination, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities. The project is a single-prime contract based on cost of the work plus a fee with a guaranteed maximum price. Bidders must submit the provided Bid Form through BidNet; the bid requires a 5% bid bond, and performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the contract amount.
