Description
Sandy City seeks a vendor to operate its on-site medical clinic, serving approximately 2,000 eligible employees and family members. The clinic provides primary care and occupational health services, including drug and alcohol testing, basic first aid for work-related injuries, and Department of Transportation physical exams. The vendor will propose clinic staffing and operations, clinical services, telemedicine availability, referrals and testing processes, after-hours coverage, billing, vaccine services, and coordination with the City's wellness and education programs. The City also seeks reporting and analytics on clinic utilization, patient satisfaction, operational performance, and cost containment. Proposals should describe the vendor's experience, proposed personnel and services, implementation timetable, clinic hours, references, and approach to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. Pricing must be submitted separately from the main proposal, with the total lump sum entered in the online line-item tab. The contract is intended to run for two years beginning July 1, 2027, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement. Vendors may subcontract or form partnerships or joint ventures if disclosed and agreed to by the City.
