Description
Eastern Washington University is soliciting proposals for an exclusive, long-term contractor to provide comprehensive student health services at its Cheney and Spokane campuses. The scope includes outpatient health clinic services for eligible students, primary care visits, limited laboratory testing, specified immunizations, reproductive health services, after-hours coverage, reporting, student health education, and coordination with university representatives. The contractor will also provide sports medicine services for the university’s NCAA Division I athletic program, including a program medical director, athletic training positions, pre-participation physical examinations, medical and orthopedic care, injury evaluation and treatment, event coverage, prioritized diagnostic testing and specialist access, concussion support, on-call services, and an on-campus medical group location. The anticipated contract period is five years beginning July 1, 2027, with three optional two-year extensions, for a possible total term of eleven years.
