Description
Sandy City seeks backstage cleaning at its amphitheater before and after events. Work includes cleaning the stage and loading dock, restrooms, dressing rooms, catering area, and box office; removing trash; and restocking supplies. The City provides basic cleaning supplies. Event schedules will be provided to the selected contractor, with events potentially occurring any day from May through October. The proposal may also include an on-site custodian during events to monitor and clean restrooms, manage trash and recycling, and respond to spills and other cleanup needs. The City also requests monthly power washing, if offered. Proposals must describe the company’s relevant experience, cleaning procedures and equipment, and staffing plan; pricing is entered separately in the procurement system. A certificate of insurance is required with the proposal, and the attached certification and agreement must be completed and signed. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is required for bid eligibility.
