Description
Granite School District seeks a vendor to furnish and install mini blinds, manual roller shades, and remote-control roller shades for district projects. Specifications identify acceptable manufacturers and product characteristics, including shade fabrics, openness factors, colors, fascia, operating mechanisms, and mounting hardware. The vendor must verify measurements, provide appropriate anchors and equipment, remove and legally dispose of existing window coverings, and leave work areas clean and safe. Installations may involve work above 10 feet, and the vendor must provide any necessary lifts and other specialized access equipment. The contract is for an initial one-year term, with up to four additional one-year renewals. The District may use it for projects valued up to $50,000 per project; this is not a stated total contract budget or guaranteed purchase amount. Bidders must submit the completed quote form and provide the requested vendor information and certifications through the procurement portal or by written delivery. Award is based on the lowest bid meeting the requirements.
