Description
UNDP seeks an individual relief physician to provide part-time, on-call services for its clinic. Duties include consultations, emergency response and stabilization, staff medical examinations and immunizations, health education, occupational health support, and medical evacuation coordination. The physician will also supervise clinic medical staff, maintain confidential medical records and emergency supplies, and support health reporting and workplace HIV-prevention activities. The assignment is a 12-month renewable individual contract, administered on an on-call basis. Applicants must hold an advanced university degree in medicine and a current medical license, have at least five years of relevant general medical experience (including trauma/emergency care and internal medicine), and hold valid advanced trauma, cardiac, or prehospital trauma life-support certification. The technical proposal is evaluated on qualifications and experience; the financial proposal is submitted separately in the portal and is evaluated only for offers that pass the technical threshold.
