Description
The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health is seeking written feedback from interested individuals and organizations regarding Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS). The RFI is intended to inform a potential 2027 reprocurement and future Request for Response by gathering perspectives on the ACCS service model, staffing, service components, risk management, contract size, specifications, and possible design or implementation improvements. ACCS is described as a comprehensive, clinically focused service delivered by multidisciplinary teams providing clinical coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Services include clinical interventions, peer and family support, engagement, functional support, symptom stabilization, self-management, and contractor-based housing options used as treatment settings. Responses are voluntary, limited to five pages, and must follow specified formatting requirements; this RFI does not itself create a contract or obligate the agency to issue a subsequent procurement.
