Description
Granite School District seeks qualified, licensed architectural firms with K-12 school design experience to provide design services for three project categories: a refresh of Calvin Smith Elementary School, replacement of the synthetic turf football field at Hunter High School, and partial roof replacements at four district locations. The school refresh includes interior and exterior improvements, lighting, security-related work, and interactive classroom displays; the turf project includes removal and disposal of existing turf, base reconstruction, drainage work, and new synthetic turf; and the roofing projects involve replacing roof membrane and insulation, with possible roof diaphragm seismic upgrades. The selected firms will provide appropriate architectural and engineering design services, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation support, and construction administration. The district anticipates selecting one firm for projects A and B and establishing a prequalified pool for project C. Responses must include a statement of qualifications, project-team information, resumes, references for three similar projects per category proposed, and a certificate of insurance. The statement of qualifications must demonstrate at least five years of relevant K-12 design experience.
