Description
Salt Lake County, through its Division of Fleet Management, is soliciting multiple-award contracts for the purchase and delivery of bulk diesel and unleaded fuel to County fuel sites, golf courses, recreation facilities, fleet locations, and other locations that may be added. The listed sites include underground and aboveground storage tanks with varying capacities; the County estimates approximately 850,000 gallons of annual fuel usage but provides no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchases. Suppliers must meet the stated minimum requirements, provide daily tiered pricing by email, support delivery to multiple locations, deliver ordered fuel by 4:00 p.m. the next business day, provide bills of lading with invoices, and comply with applicable governmental and industry fuel standards. The solicitation uses a two-stage supplier-pool process and may add qualified suppliers to the existing pool. Required submission materials include the Contract Signature Page, Minimum Requirements form, and required portal responses; the protected-record and preference materials are optional. Insurance requirements include workers’ compensation, commercial general liability, and commercial automobile liability coverage.
