Description
The project requires labor, materials, tools, and equipment to remove, replace, and repair storm drain pipes, inlet boxes, frames, grates, collars, and related asphalt improvements at five locations. Work includes traffic control, stormwater pollution prevention, excavation and backfill, concrete work, pipe installation, inlet repairs, and pavement restoration, as detailed in the plans and specifications. The bid submission must include a bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the total bid; a photocopy of the bid bond is submitted with the bid, and the original is requested from the lowest responsible bidder. The online bid schedule is completed in the portal and is not to be submitted as a separate document. The contractor must begin work no later than November 23, 2026, complete it within 60 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, and perform the locations in the specified sequence.
