The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene invites eligible organizations to express interest in licensing space at the Tremont Neighborhood Health Center located at 1826 Arthur Avenue, Bronx, NY 10457. This open-ended Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) seeks community-based organizations, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Article 28/31/32 clinics, and other service entities to co-locate and provide health and social services aimed at addressing health inequities in underserved communities. The available space includes approximately 7,176 square feet on the second floor, comprising 17 rooms, an open patient waiting area, registration station, small conference room, and three administrative offices. The base license fee is $31 per square foot per year. Services of interest include behavioral/mental health, community health worker programs, family support, healthy eating/food systems, legal services, primary health care, social promotion/violence prevention, specialty health care, workforce development, and youth services. Selected organizations must participate in the Health Center Governance body and support the HealthyNYC initiative. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no deadline.
