Description
UNDP Nigeria seeks an individual contractor to provide part-time, on-call physician services for its clinic. Duties include consultations, emergency response and stabilization, staff and dependent medical examinations, immunizations, health education, occupational health support, and medical evacuation coordination. The physician will also supervise clinic medical staff, maintain confidential records and medical supplies, and support health and HIV-related outreach activities. The assignment is stated as a 12-month term, renewable in one attached terms of reference, and on-call. Applicants must hold an advanced medical degree and a current medical license, have at least five years of relevant general medicine experience, and hold a valid advanced trauma, advanced cardiac life support, or prehospital trauma life support certification. The technical proposal is evaluated before the financial proposal; only technically qualifying offers proceed to financial evaluation.
