Description
The USDA Forest Service seeks licensed medical professionals to provide on-site healthcare to students at a Job Corps center. Services include examinations and assessments, treatment of acute and chronic conditions, prescriptions, immunizations, health monitoring, referrals, follow-up care, prevention and health education, and related coordination with center staff. The work requires approximately 400 hours annually, generally one or two weekdays per week, with the schedule coordinated with center personnel. Quoters must submit pricing for the base year, four one-year options, and possible six-month extension, along with a completed Quoter’s Questionnaire and credentials for proposed key personnel. Required credentials include current resumes, unrestricted state medical licenses, DEA licenses, and medical liability insurance. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside; technical capability and past performance together are more important than price.
