Description
The contractor will partially replace damaged lockers in the boys' locker room to match the existing lockers, salvage parts to repair the remaining lockers, and install 694 combination locks on the lockers. The bid also requests a formal cost breakdown, warranty information, a current business license, proof of insurance, a bid bond when the bid exceeds $50,000, a subcontractor list, and references.
