Description
The City seeks a construction contractor to replace failing wrought iron fencing with new wrought iron fencing, precast walls, and block walls matching existing walls. The work covers base schedules and alternative schedules at several locations and includes removal and disposal of existing fencing and vegetation, installation of new fencing and walls, and restoration of landscaping and surfaces. Precast walls must match specified color and texture; walls and fencing must match existing locations and heights, including short wing walls. The contractor must coordinate with property owners and agencies, provide quality control, and complete each location before moving to the next.
