Description
Unified Fire Authority seeks proposals for a hosted emergency alerting and community mass notification platform serving Salt Lake County and participating public entities. The system must support authorized IPAWS alert origination, opt-in public registration, multichannel delivery, two-way responses, geographic targeting, multilingual communications, alert tracking and reporting, and coordinated administration across jurisdictions. The scope includes implementation, data migration, integrations, training and exercises, technical support, maintenance, upgrades, and transition assistance. Proposals must address platform capabilities, security and reliability, onboarding and transition planning, support, and a transparent cost model covering a five-year base term and optional renewal years. The solicitation requests a separate cost proposal and a completed compliance matrix, along with specified technical, implementation, qualification, and reference information.
