Description
Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Public Works Operations, is seeking bids for asphalt concrete mix and trucking/delivery services, as detailed in Parts A and B. This multiple-award solicitation will add vendors to the existing pool associated with the previous solicitation, SLCo PWO130955. New contracts will be prorated to expire with the existing contracts, and bids may be considered for award immediately upon submission. Partial bids are accepted. Bidders must submit the Contract Signature Page, a PDF response to the Specifications requirement, and pricing for Part A and Part B. The portal also requires responses confirming agreement to the terms and conditions and general requirements, insurance, payment upon acceptance, Utah business registration, warranty, auditing, price de-escalation, supplier management, partial bids, environmental compliance and non-debarment, price escalation, and emergency response. Pricing must remain firm for the first 12-month term; increases in the second through fifth terms are limited to 5% over the prior term and require advance approval. For declared emergencies, bidders must provide a 24/7 contact name and phone number.
