Description
Canyons School District seeks a contractor for Phase I of a warehouse refrigeration system upgrade. Work includes demolition and removal of designated existing refrigeration equipment, installation of new evaporator and condensing equipment, refrigerant piping and insulation, condensate drainage and heat trace, and associated electrical connections, controls, temperature sensing, and alarms. The project also includes testing, startup, and related construction work in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. The bid package covers Phase I only; Phase II is excluded and will be solicited separately. Bidders must be properly licensed to do business in Utah, have at least five years of commercial refrigeration installation experience, and have completed similar work within the prior six months. A minimum of three and maximum of five references from the past four years are required. A mandatory pre-bid conference is specified, and the bid must be submitted electronically through the named procurement portal.
