Description
The Centre de services scolaire des Samares is soliciting bids to renovate three existing roof sections, identified as C1, C2, and C3, at École Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Cœur. The work includes replacing the roof membranes with a fully adhered white PVC membrane measuring 1.8 mm thick. The contractor must coordinate work to minimize disruption during school hours, provide a waste chute for the container, and account for winter conditions, including roof snow removal. The stated work period begins November 9, 2026, with reception with reservations scheduled for November 23, 2026. A 10% bid guarantee is required, in the form of either a surety bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution.
