Description
The State of Vermont is seeking one or more contractors to provide staff clothing and apparel under a five-year contract. Required products include men's and women's short- and long-sleeve T-shirts, polos, button-down shirts, hooded and crewneck sweatshirts, quarter-zip pullovers, fleece vests and jackets, lightweight and waterproof jackets, knit and fleece beanies, trucker and structured cotton caps, neck gaiters, park jackets, and security soft-shell jackets. Products may be standard manufacturer items or acceptable equals, with pricing submitted in Exhibit A, the attached product-price spreadsheet. The scope also includes embroidery and logo application for state agencies, including park, security, and other agency logos, with artwork setup included in pricing. Responses must include a cover letter, technical response, references for at least three similar customers from the last 12 months, supplier names and addresses, a completed price schedule, a signed Certificate of Compliance, applicable supplier certifications, and written warranties for each proposed product. Responses may be submitted electronically as one searchable PDF by email or through the state's eProcurement system; email submissions are limited to one email and one attachment of no more than 40 MB.
