Description
The Vermont Department of Mental Health is seeking one contractor to support the State's responsible gaming and problem gambling objectives. The scope includes a 24/7 problem gambling helpline handling calls and chats from Vermonters, real-time support and referrals, data reporting, and customer-satisfaction evaluations; development and launch of digital, print, radio, and video media campaigns; maintenance and expansion of accessible website content meeting ADA communication requirements and WCAG 2.1 AA; and management of Vermont media-asset inventories. The contractor must also provide peer support and lived-experience engagement for voluntary self-exclusion enrollees and other interested individuals, recruit and support a statewide network of clinicians, offer a 30-hour clinical training at least every 24 months and quarterly supplemental trainings, manage the Vermont Problem Gambling Specialist Certificate program, and propose measurable performance measures. Responses must address the technical scope, company overview, pricing, reporting, references, and required certifications through the VTBuys questionnaire. The contract is anticipated to run for two years with an option to renew for up to three additional years, with an anticipated February 2027 start.
