Description

The State of Vermont is seeking one or more vendors to provide a broad range of computer peripherals and related products, including input devices, scanners, webcams, headsets, monitors, docking stations, cables, storage devices, UPS equipment, laptop accessories, networking hardware, audiovisual equipment, and accessibility tools. Vendors must provide pricing for the 32-item representative market basket and category-based catalog discounts, while offering products that meet or exceed the stated specifications. Restricted items include software, printer toner, paper products, general office supplies, HP printers, VOIP and telecommunications equipment, and certain other categories. The resulting contract will have a five-year period, with annual pricing negotiations. Vendors must support electronic purchase orders and purchasing-card payments, maintain immediate access to commonly purchased inventory with one- or two-day fulfillment capability, provide dedicated account support, establish a public-facing contract pricing page and secure ordering system after award, and furnish product warranties. Responses must include a cover letter, technical response, references, reporting sample, price schedule, completed Certificate of Compliance, and applicable addendum acknowledgment.
