Description
The Vermont Department of Mental Health seeks one contractor to support the State's responsible gaming and problem gambling objectives. The scope includes a 24/7 problem gambling helpline offering calls and chats with real-time support and referrals; data reporting and customer-satisfaction evaluations; digital, print, radio, and video media campaigns; website and branding maintenance meeting ADA and WCAG 2.1 AA standards; and management of Vermont's related media-asset inventory. The contractor must also provide peer support and lived-experience engagement, recruit and maintain a statewide network of clinicians, deliver an approved 30-hour clinical training at least every 24 months and quarterly supplemental trainings, manage the Vermont Problem Gambling Specialist Certificate program, and provide clinical support to certificate holders. Responses must include measurable performance measures, pricing for a two-year period with optional additional years, reporting samples, references, and required compliance certifications. The anticipated contract term is two years with an option to renew for up to three additional years.
