Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Replacement with HVAC Upgrade

Description
The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is soliciting bids for the replacement of existing outdoor walk-in cooler and freezer units and the installation of a new prep sink at Dover Academy in Fairfield, California. The project also includes the installation of two 10-ton HVAC units and ducting at the existing multi-purpose room. The scope includes demolition of existing units and associated structures, installation of new walk-in cooler and freezer units, food service sinks, and related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The project also includes concrete work for equipment pads and curbs, installation of shelving, air curtains, and other food service equipment, as well as necessary electrical and plumbing connections. The project must comply with all applicable California building codes and DSA requirements.
