Description
The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority is seeking one or more qualified consultants to provide on-call multidisciplinary professional services for transit facilities, infrastructure, operations, technology, sustainability, and capital improvement projects. The scope includes planning, preliminary engineering, architectural and facility design, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, traffic, environmental, surveying, permitting, project and program management, cost estimating, scheduling, construction administration, construction management, inspection, commissioning, and project closeout support. Services will be authorized through individual Work Directives on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed minimum quantity or compensation. Work Directives may be issued to a qualified bench of consultants and will be competed using a qualifications-based process when applicable. The proposed agreement has a three-year base term with up to two one-year option terms. Proposals must include technical and cost information, financial statements for the previous three years, insurance evidence, subcontractor and DBE forms, references, licenses and certifications, and required federal and local certifications.
