Description
Sonoma County is accepting applications from qualified agencies to provide specialty mental health treatment services for children, youth, and transition-age youth through its Youth Continuum of Care. Available service categories include outpatient services; evidence-based intensive outpatient services such as High Fidelity Wraparound, Functional Family Therapy, Multi-Systemic Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy; day treatment rehabilitation and intensive programs; therapeutic foster care; early intervention services; and specialty programs including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and eating disorder treatment at intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels. Applicants must complete the agency and program application materials, describe each proposed program or service category separately, provide capacity and service-delivery details, and address the evaluation criteria. Applicable site certifications and California Department of Social Services licensing information must be submitted. Selected providers will be required to enter into a County agreement and comply with Medi-Cal, specialty mental health, Behavioral Health Services Act, HIPAA, cultural competency, licensing, reporting, and insurance requirements. Applications are evaluated on program description, network contribution, capacity, populations served, regional coverage, evidence-based practices, and site certification status; the County may award one or multiple contracts, with rates negotiated individually.
