Description
Alameda County Health (AC Health) is establishing a Vendor Pool of qualified vendors to provide housing and homelessness services to individuals currently, formerly, or at risk of experiencing homelessness, and/or unstably housed. The Vendor Pool will cover four service categories: Housing Community Supports, Health and Supportive Services, Interim and Permanent Housing Administration, and Homelessness Prevention Services. Services may include direct services, program start-up, capacity-building and technical assistance, and innovation services. Vendors that qualify will be eligible for future contracts through a Standard Services Agreement, with no guarantee of award. The contract term is up to three years with an option to renew for an additional two years. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of cumulative experience in the last ten years serving the target population for each category they apply for. Additional qualifications apply for certain categories, including HMIS certification or willingness to become a participating agency.
