Description
The County of Atlantic is soliciting proposals from appropriately licensed and certified providers for one or more substance misuse service elements during the January 1, 2027–December 31, 2027 contract period. Eligible services include Level III short-term residential and inpatient withdrawal management for adults and adolescents; Level II intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization services for adults, adolescents, and dual-diagnosed Atlantic County residents; evidence-based prevention and educational presentations; and peer mentoring and recovery support services. Applicants must submit a separate application for each service they intend to provide and demonstrate relevant experience, professional qualifications, applicable New Jersey licensure, service capacity, staffing, program design, target population, continuum-of-care coordination, evaluation methods, and detailed pricing. The application package includes the county funding application and required proposal forms, certifications, financial audit, proof of insurance where applicable, and supporting documentation. The total subgrant allocation is $531,824, with stated amounts available for the individual service categories. Prevention/educational applicants are exempt from the insurance requirement; residential and outpatient providers must provide specified workers’ compensation, general liability, professional liability, and excess/umbrella coverage.
