Description
Alameda County is seeking suppliers for landscape chemicals used in weed and invasive vegetation control, vertebrate pest control, and related vegetation-management activities. The bid form identifies a broad range of products, including herbicides, rodenticides, gopher and mole bait, glue boards, adjuvants, surfactants, tank cleaner, indicator dye, and other chemical products. Partial bids are acceptable, and equivalent products may be proposed with descriptive literature and specifications. The awarded pool of up to three contractors must provide compliant and environmentally responsible products, maintain sufficient inventory, deliver routine stock orders within 48 business hours, provide current labels and Safety Data Sheets, support regulatory and technical inquiries, manage substitutions and returns, and meet applicable federal, California, and local requirements. Responses must include the County's Bid Response Packet and Excel Bid Form, along with bidder qualifications, key personnel, requirements response, experience, three references, and any applicable SLEB information.
