Description
Polk County, Minnesota, is soliciting proposals for projects that support local opioid epidemic response strategies, including prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm reduction. Projects should create significant community impact, particularly for communities disproportionately affected by the opioid crisis. Multiple applicants may be selected. Individual projects may receive up to $100,000, with a total available funding pool of $275,000. Funded activities are to occur from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
