Description
Siskiyou County Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Division, is seeking qualified organizations to provide Day Treatment Intensive (DTI), Day Rehabilitation (DTR), or both for eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries residing in Siskiyou County. Respondents may propose services for DTI, DTR, or both, and the County anticipates awarding one or more contracts. The selected provider(s) will deliver specialty mental health services under applicable Medi-Cal requirements. Proposals must address the organization's qualifications, service approach, staffing, facilities, transportation, documentation and reporting, cultural responsiveness, community engagement, implementation, quality improvement, references, and costs. The anticipated professional service agreement start date is December 1, 2026.
