Description
Contra Costa County is soliciting bids for four separate Job Order Contracts (JOCs) for repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, and demolition work on buildings, offices, facilities, structures, infrastructure, or other real property. Each contract will have a minimum value of $25,000 and a maximum value of $6,400,000, with a term of 12 months. The Prime Contractor must hold a valid Class B General Building Contractor's license. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in person.
