Description
Alameda County, through the Sheriff's Office and Office of Emergency Services, is seeking a commercially available, secure, cloud-hosted evacuation planning and modeling platform. The solution must support pre-incident evacuation zone development, scenario-based modeling, traffic and population impact analysis, real-time evacuation management, incident and resource coordination, GIS integration, emergency notification and emergency management system interoperability, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, audit logging, data export, and multi-jurisdictional coordination across the County Operational Area. The selected contractor must provide full implementation, configuration, data integration and migration, training, documentation, technical support, ongoing maintenance, testing, disaster recovery, and service-level support. Bidders must demonstrate relevant public-sector deployments, experience supporting at least three similar jurisdictions, 24/7/365 technical support capability, and a fully operational production system. The County intends to award a three-year contract with an option for a two-year renewal.
