Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting a single provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house services within the city limits of Victorville, California, and home confinement services within 100 miles of the RRC facility. The requirement covers male and female federal offenders and includes up to 40 RRC beds—32 for males and 8 for females—and up to 20 home confinement placements. The contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity vehicle with firm-fixed unit prices, a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and a potential six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. The RRC line item has guaranteed minimum quantities, while estimated quantities are not revenue guarantees.
