Riverside County Purchasing and Fleet Services, on behalf of the Transportation and Land Management Agency and Department of Waste Resources, is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver heavy-duty equipment parts, aftermarket automotive parts, and related maintenance supplies for its commercial and heavy-duty vehicle fleets. The solicitation covers core items, category-based discounts off published list prices, and parts not specifically listed. Products include brakes, batteries, electrical and engine parts, suspension and steering components, maintenance and lubrication items, shop supplies, accessories, and other vehicle parts. The County anticipates multiple awards and does not guarantee any minimum purchase volume. Vendors must provide pricing and discounts, warranty support, delivery, will-call availability, and customer-service coverage. Stocked parts must be deliverable to County facilities within four hours of an order and available for will-call pickup within one hour. Responses require the completed cost workbook and applicable exhibits, along with specified certifications, insurance evidence, business-registration documentation, and any applicable preference affidavits.
