Description
Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) requires the installation of three communication towers at three different EMWD-owned sites across its service area in Riverside County, California. The towers will be either a 40' monopole or a 120' lattice tower, located at Mission Canyon II Tank (41225 Polly Butte Rd, Hemet, CA 92544), Rancho Glen Oaks Tank (39987 Esplendida Way, Temecula, CA 92592), and Moreno Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (17140 Kitching St, Moreno Valley, CA 92551). The project aims to improve the scalability and capacity of EMWD's telecommunication network, which supports data, devices, cameras, and security systems. Minimal grading and trenching are anticipated, and no removal of healthy, mature trees is expected.
